Harry Potter and his friends are having a great summer. He is all set to attend the Quidditch World Cup with his best friend, Ron Weasley. But danger lurks in the most unexpected places. After sinister post-match events that endanger innocent Muggles, fear is in the hearts of all wizards. Who is behind these threats?
Meanwhile, there is a legendary event happening at Hogwarts this year. This event, called the Triwizard Tournament, involves champions from Hogwarts and two rival schools: Beauxbatons & Durmstrang. These champions are chosen by an impartial judge, the Goblet of Fire.
In an extraordinary turn of events, Harry, who did not enter the tournament, was chosen as a 2nd Hogwarts champion along with Cedric Diggory. Nobody knows how this could have happened, but Harry is bound by a magical contract to see the tournament through. Harry must be extremely careful, because in addition to the three perilous tasks, there is danger within the very walls of Hogwarts.
