The Ministry of Magic controls Britain's wizarding government. The Ministry can be accessed through a visitor's entrance by stepping into a seemingly ordinary telephone booth and dialing 62442. Throughout books #1-5, Cornelius Fudge is the Minister of Magic. In Book #6, Rufus Scrimgeour replaces Fudge due to his failure to come to terms with Voldemort's return. From the main entrance, you can get on the lifts which will take you to any of the following floors:
